While at Piqu’ Bœuf, despite their beef specialties, I opted for the fish and I have no regrets! The house cocktail was also very good 🍸 & Thank you to our server Daniel, for his good humor and patience!

A must-visit in Beaune! Impeccable service, pleasant setting, and refined cuisine! Go without hesitation; you won't be disappointed.

The food was good and probably deserves 4 to 5 stars. Unfortunately, my girlfriends meat was not cooked to the requested doneness (medium - it was served medium rare at best), but the overall quality of the dishes was still very enjoyable and tasty. The service, however, was disappointing and would only deserve 1 to 2 stars. Our waiter seemed to have very little knowledge of wine. At one point, he even recommended a white wine when we were specifically asking for a red. Considering this is Beaune, in the heart of Burgundy, that was quite surprising. On top of that, his attitude was rather unfriendly and distant throughout the evening, which made the experience feel less welcoming. In the end, the good food was balanced out by the poor service, making this an average experience overall.

Passing through on vacation, I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. The beef bourguignon was the best I've ever had. The grilled meats were also very good, and the meats were incredibly tender. I highly recommend it.

We received a very warm welcome, and the wine list was extensive. The three of us came, and two dishes were very good (especially the burger with Époisses sauce, which my daughter chose 👍). However, my beef bourguignon was very dry (which seems rather surprising, considering we traveled so far to have lunch in your region), so I was a little disappointed. The blackcurrant mustard that accompanied my starter (the parsley ham was very good) was sorely lacking (just six drops...). The raisins and other dried fruit that came with the cheese were unnecessary (although the cheese itself was delicious). So, my opinion is mixed, but my husband and daughter had a very pleasant time.

A wonderful discovery, we thoroughly enjoyed it! I highly recommend it to everyone.

Delicious meal, excellent meat, sauces, and sides (fries or baked potato, both were very popular). The wines were a bit pricey for what we're used to, but that's to be expected in Beaune.
