A cozy, fireplace-like atmosphere made for a truly royal dinner prepared by the friendly team of Daniel & Enzo: excellent foi gras, a delicious beef bourguignon, and a volcanic chocolate explosion for a happy ending. Highly recommended!!

Had this place on my want to go for a few years, then finally went. I was craving good beef as if actually needing it which is true, sometimes good travel food is hard to get. Well, I was right. The beef I ordered was superb and exactly what I needed. The restaurants atmosphere, the vibe, the service from professional kind people. What else?

A superb discovery in Beaune, a restaurant serving excellent quality meat, homemade fries, top-notch béarnaise sauce, a very nice wine list, and friendly and attentive service – highly recommended.

We chose this restaurant thinking they'd use wood for the fire, but instead the grill is electric, which was very disappointing. We had delicious foie gras and a trio of amazing cheeses, but instead the meat trio and beauf au beaurghignonne were a bit tough! Extensive wine list. Clean place. Good, attentive service and good timing.

A little disappointing place. We came here specifically for the white cow steak, is there claiming to be specialist in that. The food wasn't so good, in the meats were very mediocre.

We had the €33 set menu and our meal was excellent. The eggs meurette were a real treat. The duck was superb, as were the pear poached in wine and the nougat glacé. All the staff were very friendly.

30/08/2026: We are regular customers of your restaurant. Today there were no vegetables, not much choice, and the sauces were runny – what a shame.

31/01/2026: Our must-stop when heading south from Paris! ❤️ A place we never miss on this route. We ordered the roast chicken and it was absolutely delicious: incredibly flavorful poultry, perfectly crispy skin, juicy and tender meat. The portion was incredibly generous; we were two big eaters and we couldn't finish it all, that's how good it was! The small roasted potatoes with garlic and parsley that came with it were a treat in themselves. The service was top-notch: the staff was really friendly, smiling, and full of helpful advice. They gave us tons of great tips for our weekend in the region, which was so appreciated and really made a difference. In short, generous, authentic, and comforting cuisine in a warm atmosphere. We highly recommend it and we already know we'll be back every time we head south!
