I'm never disappointed by this chain, where it's always possible to eat very well at reasonable prices in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. For example, this lunchtime, for barely 10 euros, I enjoyed a complimentary small salad, two delicious crusty rolls, a rare mince with vegetables, and a frozen yogurt with carnival candy (candy inside) and whipped cream—much more and much better than American fast food! My only minor complaints: the music is too loud (I'm very sensitive to that, not to mention that American music isn't really my thing) and the restrooms are upstairs (what about accessibility?).

It's a Buffalo Grill like any other Buffalo Grill.
The servers are friendly but rushed.
The food is decent.
Buffalo could still use some updates to its menu, like offering salads without cheese; and being more considerate of people with lactose intolerance.

Great place, nothing to complain about, very generous portions and friendly staff with big smiles. The service was so fast I didn't even have time to finish my welcome salad!

A pleasant time, nice atmosphere, welcoming and friendly staff.
Noticing a price increase on the menus, which is a shame... Buffalo Narbonne has a very friendly team. Nathan and Armelle are great! 🤘👍
