The rapa was quite good, the waiter was very friendly and attentive, but with the crowd the service was rather slow, so you just shouldn't be in a hurry. I liked the small appetizer while I waited.

Hostellerie de la Croix d'Or

13/07/2026: Passing through Provins, we had a very pleasant time at L'Hostellerie de la Croix d'Or. The telephone contact was pleasant, as was the welcome upon arrival. The service was impeccable. The kidneys were perfectly pink, the fish ideally cooked, and the sauces were flawless. Even the dessert was delightful. All this in a truly authentic setting.
28/06/2026: Delicious choice of food in Provins. The terrace to eat outside is a great addition. Menu was 30€. Super friendly service.
