The food and portions were always perfect. There was a slight issue with the service: our waitress forgot the amuse-bouches, which was rectified by the owner, and we didn't receive the coffee at the end of our meal as previously requested. We will return for the ambiance and the quality of the cuisine.

Excellent. Very good value for money: €33.50 for a starter, main course, and dessert. The homemade salmon was very good and a generous portion, and my veal kidneys were succulent.

We celebrated our daughter's baptism on Easter Sunday.
Everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly attentive, the food was excellent, the room was magnificent and decorated for Easter, the tables were beautiful—we were delighted. Superb organization. It was magical.
Nathalie is fantastic. The staff are also very friendly.

Excellent restaurant! The meats are delicious, perfectly cooked, and the side dishes are just as good. All this for a very reasonable price, which is rare. Special mention for the welcome: they accept well-behaved dogs and kindly seated us in the back so everyone was comfortable. A lovely touch. We will gladly return!

A very good address in Provins for a hearty and high-quality meal, however, there are a few minor drawbacks:
- The bread served was very poor, which clashed with the quality of the other dishes.
- The €55 set menu excludes certain dishes, requiring an additional charge.
- The decor is beautiful, but there's a lack of background music.
- The service was a bit slow.
