A pleasant surprise, a warm welcome from the owner and staff. Traditional, homemade cuisine. Confit lamb, fresh fish, and oysters. The chef always has recipes that are sure to please.

Dinner yesterday for the Festival of Lights, lovely atmosphere, pleasant welcome, generous meal, and the leg of lamb was melt-in-your-mouth tender. I thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely return when I'm back in Provins.

I highly recommend this place! The homemade food was a delight, and the young waitress was very friendly and always smiling – a real gem throughout the entire service. Keep it that way for as long as possible! Congratulations to your whole team!

A lovely surprise at lunchtime today! A variety of excellent dishes, with a very refreshing pineapple carpaccio to finish. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Great place! The staff are welcoming, attentive, and efficient in every way. The food is simple but well-prepared, and the portions are generous. The €25 set menu (starter, main course, dessert) is excellent, with plenty of choice. They also sell their own beer, which is really quite good. We'll be back!

We hesitated between Rosalie and the restaurant across the street, but the terrace wasn't clean, so we chose Rosalie. A wonderful discovery! A warm and welcoming atmosphere, impeccable and professional service, and delicious food. The only slight drawback was the extra charges for the dishes listed on the chalkboard...

Interesting cuisine; the duck breast with orange sauce is excellent and presented in an original way. The owner is particularly accommodating and responsive to even the smallest problem. In short, a very good restaurant in its price range.

20/06/2026: Incredible! The welcome toasts were a taste of what was to come. The appetizers were delicious. The main courses were exquisite. The sauces... wow! So flavorful. The wine was very good. A must-visit.
14/06/2026: While in Provins for the Medieval Festival, we stumbled upon Les Bristrophiles quite by chance, and what a wonderful discovery it was! The welcome was very warm, and we were treated to a delicious amuse-bouche. The dishes were excellent, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Special mention goes to the pork tenderloin with its Brie de Provins sauce and parsley potatoes—absolutely incredible—as well as the Brie de Provins served with rose petal jam, a true delight. A truly wonderful restaurant that we wholeheartedly recommend. We will gladly return on our next visit to Provins!

25/05/2026: The meat was super good and of very good quality, I recommend it!
17/05/2026: Parking near the Sainte-Croix church. Reservations are required; the place seems popular and is recommended by a well-known guidebook. We received a professional welcome. The decor is a bit cluttered. Orders were served quickly. The service was smooth and seamless. We barely had time to finish our aperitifs before our main courses arrived. I enjoyed my black pudding burger. Personally, I didn't have a particularly good time. But the other diners seemed happy. The restrooms were clean.
