We love going to Buffalo Grill, but here we were a little disappointed by the service (they forgot the sauces, they forgot the teaspoon for dessert…) and there was no more cotton candy for the children's menu: what a shame…

21/03/2026: Just a quick comment to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the manager I dealt with at lunchtime today. He didn't hesitate to taste a drink, though 😅 Luckily, he was one of the young ones who didn't have a sense of smell, and the second time around I would have been met with a brick wall. We should definitely take a page from this young manager's book. Thanks again. (Note: The housekeeping wasn't great, though...)
