The restaurant manager and staff are very welcoming. They accept pets, with a water bowl provided. The meal was very good. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're staying at the hotel next door.

Great meal as usual. Don't hesitate to try the grilled chicken in the Eldorado set menu – it's delicious. A lovely little dessert: a generous cream puff... fantastic value for money. Served by Yvette

28/05/2026: It's "amazing" to watch dishes being prepared in front of customers on a hot plate; it's an experience not to be missed. And when the food is excellent and the Japanese chef is friendly, answers your questions, and engages in conversation, what more can you say?
24/05/2026: Probably the best restaurant in Cognac, excellent cuisine and a chef who goes the extra mile. The only downside? It's not well-known enough in Cognac; people don't know what they're missing.

21/03/2026: Just a quick comment to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the manager I dealt with at lunchtime today. He didn't hesitate to taste a drink, though 😅 Luckily, he was one of the young ones who didn't have a sense of smell, and the second time around I would have been met with a brick wall. We should definitely take a page from this young manager's book. Thanks again. (Note: The housekeeping wasn't great, though...)
