It's "amazing" to watch dishes being prepared in front of customers on a hot plate; it's an experience not to be missed. And when the food is excellent and the Japanese chef is friendly, answers your questions, and engages in conversation, what more can you say?

Probably the best restaurant in Cognac, excellent cuisine and a chef who goes the extra mile. The only downside? It's not well-known enough in Cognac; people don't know what they're missing.

Great restaurant, we went there with my partner and me for a birthday and we found a warm and attentive welcome, and a desire to do well which is rare these days 😊 thank you for this experience, a chef who cooks live is excellent.

03/08/2026: The restaurant manager and staff are very welcoming. They accept pets, with a water bowl provided. The meal was very good. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're staying at the hotel next door.

21/03/2026: Just a quick comment to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the manager I dealt with at lunchtime today. He didn't hesitate to taste a drink, though 😅 Luckily, he was one of the young ones who didn't have a sense of smell, and the second time around I would have been met with a brick wall. We should definitely take a page from this young manager's book. Thanks again. (Note: The housekeeping wasn't great, though...)
