We were on a road trip and had seen this restaurant chain several times, but we'd never tried it. After reading online reviews and looking at the menu (we wanted to try the tartare and the bison), we decided to give it a go. It was a great success! We were served by Leena, a lovely waitress who, despite not speaking Spanish and only a little English, made the effort to understand us and make us feel comfortable and at ease despite the language barrier. Charming, kind, and very friendly. The food was delicious. We tried the bison, entrecote (you can order the meat cooked to your liking), we asked for it rare, and the chef cooked it perfectly, as well as the tartare and carpaccio. The grilled chicken was also excellent and very well seasoned. For dessert, we ordered brioche French toast! It was delicious. I highly recommend it!

We came as a group of six and received a warm welcome! We enjoyed our meal and the service was quick. The dishes were excellent. Thank you and see you soon!

Excellent service, the waitress was incredibly friendly and deserves a raise because this job isn't easy, but you can tell she truly loves what she does. I'm referring to Leena.
