The food was excellent and the young lady who served us was very friendly and attentive. The building needs some exterior renovation, hence only 3 stars for the ambiance; otherwise, everything was top-notch.

Hello, I came to Buffalo Grill today and was greeted by a very unfriendly person. I asked for a seat in the armchairs, as usual, and I'm disappointed because I go there quite often. There was no courtesy whatsoever; my wife, son, and I were made to wait for nothing, even though there were seats available. The person was dressed in black with a gray beard and didn't even try to understand. I left. I think this person is not suited to work in your establishment; they were not welcoming at all. It would be good to see this person because their courtesy needs to be reviewed immediately. Sincerely,
