We were greeted by Vincent, whose kindness and humor make you want to come back. The mojitos are still as good as ever, and the buffet is just as varied and appetizing. The value for money is very good. A great option when you don't feel like cooking at home! It's worth noting that some renovations have been done, making the setting even more pleasant.

Set menu at €39 per person, all-inclusive. 2 people. As regulars at the Saint-Martin-Boulogne restaurant train and its famous Crocodile locomotive, we once again appreciated the warm welcome and the high level of professionalism of the staff. While the railway atmosphere is still present, this last journey did experience a few technical and culinary hiccups that deserve mention to add a touch of flair to the experience. In terms of comfort, we regret the disappearance of the luggage nets, but especially the less-than-perfect window insulation (the sealant seems worn) and the somewhat erratic reversible air conditioning, which shifts from the North Pole to the Sahara in the blink of an eye. A big thank you to the waiter who must have displayed the agility of a stuntman to tame the thermostat! As for the menu, it would benefit from a more manageable (foldable) format to avoid cluttering the journey. For an aperitif, at €6 for 4cl of whisky, the bottle pays for itself faster than a TGV train ticket; a little more effort on the portion size would be appreciated, as would the cocktails, which sometimes lack character. The buffet was quite decent, but the main course was a disaster: an overcooked salmon steak swimming in a sea of ​​sauce that completely overwhelmed the mound of mashed potatoes. The whole thing was particularly salty, forcing us to drink plenty of water! Finally, a few details make all the difference: knives that lack sharpness when faced with smoked ham, and the practice of keeping dirty cutlery from the starter for the rest of the meal (a clean napkin to dry it would be the bare minimum). Admittedly, we're not on the Orient Express, and the carriage sometimes resembles a playground when children are running around too much, but overall, the experience remains pleasant. Despite these minor food-related issues, we had a good trip and the address remains, by far, much more charming than the nearby Flunch.

Excellent restaurant. The waiters and waitresses, as well as the manager, were pleasant and attentive to the customer. The restaurant was very clean and the buffet offered an excellent selection.

Very disappointed with the dish I ate. The chicken with Maroilles cheese was undercooked, still pink, and the sauce was too runny. The starter was perfect. The dessert was average; the chocolate mousse wasn't great. However, the staff was excellent and offered to change my dish. The price is still high in my opinion. It's a shame; the food used to be better.

I really enjoyed it. The decor is calming. The welcome was great. The menu is perfect. I highly recommend it.
