29/03/2026: I had a rosette sausage as a starter, which was fine. For the main course, I had Welsh rarebit. For dessert, I had a crème brûlée, but the caramel was overcooked and frankly not good, especially since I usually like it. The drink was a Coke, just water—the worst Coke I've ever had. 50 euros for two people; Flunch isn't what it used to be. It's become too expensive.

29/03/2026: What a disappointment! The atmosphere speaks volumes. It's true that the restaurant industry is suffering from inflation, but I don't think that's the only reason for your decision. We came twice in a short period, less than a month. Horrible the first time, and even worse the second. There's a palpable tension in this Flunch. The staff at the cook's station were unsmiling and unpleasant to elderly customers who didn't understand how the meat dispensers worked. Just plain unpleasant, with a "I don't care" attitude. Honestly, change jobs if you don't like it. Your attitude is enough to kill your appetite. Hot fries poured over cold ones—again, a "I don't care" attitude. This same person wiped their nose with the palm of their hand, grabbed a hamburger patty with the same hand, and, sensing they were being watched, quickly put it in their tongs. No, that's too much; I just wanted to run away. The only positive is that the cashier is very friendly and pleasant. But honestly, that won't bring us back. You can read my posts on Maps; I usually only write to praise, but this time, I was really annoyed. I think good management is essential. Where are the days when the manager was there and the atmosphere was completely different? It's a shame.
