This beautiful Winstub is faultless. A little more expensive than others, but we'll happily return! The decor is warm and inviting. The tartes flambées and other classics are generous and delicious, while the less traditional options are high-quality and delicious. And what about the desserts! Professional and pleasant service. In short, we'll be back again!

Magnificent Winstub restaurant. Absolutely perfect ambiance and service. Traditional cuisine carefully crafted and delicately presented. Perfect desserts: Dampfnudel ABSOLUTELY exceptional! A cupbearer who knows his wine list very well. Congratulations to the entire team.

I discovered this restaurant 2 weeks ago, and it is quite simply one of my favorite addresses in Alsace. I'm going back next week already! A word of advice: take the pâté en croute as a starter, it’s just incredible!

Very very nice discovery. We had a rare treat, the dishes were as good as they were beautiful and the place is very pretty too. The service was impeccable with smiling and pleasant people. We will come back, thank you!

Everything is perfect in this beautiful family institution; the cuisine is exceptional, the service very attentive and professional and the setting magical. Everything is of course homemade. Very high level!

23/01/2025: An institution, delicious tartes flambées and Alsatian dishes, friendly service, thank you.
09/12/2024: What can I say about this restaurant... For me, it's where the best tartes flambées are! I've been going there for years, the service is always impeccable, the people who work there are all very nice, the dishes are tasty... I've been away from Alsace for a few years now, but when I come back to see my family ,I never leave without having gone to eat at the Eagle ^^
