Discovered on our way back from vacation. We got off the highway and it was definitely worth it.
We received a very warm welcome. The Bouillon menu is very simple but great if you want to eat cheaply and still have homemade food...and the desserts...🤩 my rum baba was enormous!

We came to eat as a family (4 adults, a baby, and a small dog) and received a wonderful welcome. The service was impeccable, with very friendly and attentive waiters.
We thoroughly enjoyed the burgers, as well as several other excellent homemade items.
A real bonus: the dedicated children's area, which is much appreciated by families.
Thank you to the entire team for your kindness and professionalism. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back!

I highly recommend this restaurant, which was recommended by the tourist office. The service was very pleasant. The food was delicious and the portions were generous.

It was right next to our hotel and looked promising. The place is great, and the service is good.
We ordered a couple of burgers (one of them XL). The meat is good quality, but the seasoning is very bland. The burger toppings in general are quite tasteless, and the cheddar drip is purely for show, adding no flavor. The worst part was the fries… a deep brown color (we thought they were sweet potato fries) and they tasted like they were reheated from the day before… we left them all.

A wonderful discovery! The food was excellent and plentiful.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
The place is steeped in history.
The ingredients are sourced from local producers. We will definitely return and highly recommend it.

Having come on March 25th, 2026, around 1 PM, I had a truly wonderful meal. The servers were very pleasant, the restaurant was clean, and the food was delicious. 😁 A real treat, very affordable thanks to the broth menu, now available in the morning and evening. 😁😁
I highly recommend it.
