Burger et Grill's sur Gap

Overall, a good restaurant with a fairly varied selection of burgers and decent main dishes. The fries are particularly good, and the staff is generally friendly and welcoming. However, several things left me with mixed feelings. During my last visit, I witnessed a rather harsh remark made by the managers to a young waiter who seemed to be in training. The scene took place in front of the other customers, which made me uncomfortable. I think that any necessary corrections should be delivered more discreetly and kindly. I was also surprised to see burgers and salads being prepared without gloves or any apparent handwashing while I was there. Without questioning the overall hygiene of the establishment, this aspect could legitimately raise concerns among some customers. Finally, the background music could perhaps be better suited to a more diverse clientele. The exclusive playing of rap music containing numerous profanities may not be suitable for all audiences, particularly families. Ultimately, the experience remains acceptable thanks to the quality of the burgers and fries, but a few improvements in terms of professionalism, perceived hygiene, and atmosphere would make it a more enjoyable experience.

A very good restaurant with truly excellent menus. The burgers are superb, the fries crispy, the desserts delicious, and the salads generously topped. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and the place is clean, even if the interior is a bit small. Working right next door, I will definitely be back for more meals. While passing through Gap, I had the opportunity to discover Burger and Grill's, and the experience was very positive. I ordered a Crispy Meal Deal including a burger, cheddar-onion fries, and a Cherry Coke for only €14. A particularly affordable price considering the quality and generous portions. I also ordered chicken tenders and a croque monsieur. The portions were so large that I couldn't finish everything there! I enjoyed them that same evening, and they were still just as good. The welcome was warm, the service quick, and the food lived up to my expectations. An excellent place to eat a good burger without breaking the bank. I highly recommend it!
