I arrived at this restaurant with 199 points in the app. Which entitles me to a category of small. However, I couldn't customize on the terminal.
I went to ask why at the terminal, and they explained to me that the menus offered are not customizable. I actually wanted to remove the bacon.
It didn't stop there since an employee told me the phrase we're giving you a free menu and we're not going to personalize it for you.
I find this sentence impolite and misplaced, since although the menu is free, I got it because I made several purchases with them.
If it was truly free why not distribute it to everyone unconditionally?
