Buron du Bes sur Recoules-D'Aubrac

Décor revisité mariant le minéral et le bois, chaleureux. Carte courte mais complète, accueil sympathique. Le contenu des assiettes est en harmonie avec le décor : préparations élaborées (on aimerait parfois en connaître un peu plus sur les ingrédients mis en œuvre mais c’est secret défense !) cuissons parfaites (ris de veau succulents) au final un excellent repas pour un juste prix.

What a nice surprise this Buron du Bès was recommended to us by friends! It's all there! Very warm welcome, magnificent setting and quality cuisine, made only with fresh and local products. Perfect cooking of meats and excellent truffade! We will come back, for sure!

Despite the old comments, don't hesitate to try this buron, the new owners are keen to offer fresh, local and brilliantly cooked food! The environment is also splendid!

Here I am back at Buron du Bès, whose colorful former owner with his atypical banter was almost more renowned than the sad reputation of this place. Laurence has taken over this establishment brilliantly, putting her heart into it and making a point of treating us to homemade dishes with good local products. The meats, all from regional producers, are of exceptional quality. Cooked to perfection, they melt in your mouth. The rural setting adds a bucolic touch to this authentic meal. A must for lovers of good food and local produce. Be careful, with the proliferation of "Aligot Saucisses" burons, you won't have any here. If like me you do them one after the other, you will appreciate this one to rest your stomach!

An excellent time in Buron, gourmet and generous cuisine, good products that honor the local cuisine and (finally) escape the all-too-common aligot sausage. Note for example 3 different fish on the menu when we went there! Don't be fooled by the bad comments, new managers, new page, great cuisine! Go for it :)

A more than warm welcome, an excellent meal in a good atmosphere, I highly recommend this place which will take you away from the aligot/sausage tourist clichés, even if that is one of the pleasures of Lozère. The products are excellent and demonstrate the culinary diversity of this fantastic region.

Un buron revisité...Très belle surprise. Nous ne savions pas que le propriétaire avait changé. Accueil super, excellents produits. Il nous faut faire le deuil du pounti ,de la retortillat et de la coupetade de l’ancienne propriétaire mais la carte done envie. Il y a déjà beaucoup de saucisse aligot sur le plateau🤪la côte de boeuf était excellente et les garnitures à base de produits locaux(girolles,purée de pois,..)savoureuses. Plateau de fromages impressionnant. Accueil au top Nous reviendrons🥰
