I had three courses for two people, three different cuts of Wagyu beef – honestly, a must-try! The cooking was perfect, the service was top-notch. After €190 for two people, without an aperitif, starter, or dessert, I have no regrets. I did it! 😉 😉 😉 😉

Excellent experience at The Butcher, served by Isae, who gave us perfect advice on portion sizes. The meat was incredible; in fact, they don't ask how you'd like your meat cooked because the chefs know exactly how to bring out its best qualities. Absolutely exceptional! Thank you again!

This was our first time eating at a steakhouse of this type, and we weren't disappointed by the quality. The cooking was expertly done; the Angus hanger steak and the Australian Wagyu flank steak were extremely tender and tasted excellent.

10/03/2026: Unfortunately, I find the quality has declined significantly in recent years. And yet, I love this place. The beer wasn't very cold. The guacamole was rather small and bland. The burrito wasn't very tasty and was bland, despite requesting "very spicy." The key lime pie was too sweet and bland. Please revamp the menu! But as it stands, I won't be returning. I'm very sad.

28/02/2026: I had a drink thanks to Celice (aka Gigi) and Janik. They are the best bartenders in Lyon, and well, I'm not thirsty anymore, it was great.
