The food was excellent! Exceptional ingredients, beautifully presented. However, the service left much to be desired; four servers for our table resulted in numerous mistakes and long waits. For the price we paid, we expected better.

I recommend it 200%! We found this restaurant on social media and weren't disappointed. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was excellent. The meat was absolutely perfect. Top-notch service. We'll definitely be back.

This is a very good restaurant for meat lovers.
The staff is very pleasant.
The dishes are very good but quite generous and rather greasy. I would have liked a bit more freshness with a salad or some vegetables to avoid feeling overwhelmed too quickly and to balance the richness of the meat and fries. I couldn't finish my meal, so I asked for the rest to go.
The fries and mayonnaise are homemade. I think the mayonnaise is truffle-flavored, but it's not specified, so I'm not sure.
It's definitely worth going despite these minor flaws.

We ordered a three-person platter featuring the chef's special selections, and four of us were perfectly satisfied. The wagnu was especially fantastic, cooked to our liking. We opted for a white Chardonnay, which paired well with the meat. I gave the atmosphere four stars because the ventilation could have been a bit better, and the room could have been a little warmer; we felt slightly chilly. The desserts were also good. I would choose this restaurant again if I were to visit Lyon again.

I had three courses for two people, three different cuts of Wagyu beef – honestly, a must-try! The cooking was perfect, the service was top-notch. After €190 for two people, without an aperitif, starter, or dessert, I have no regrets. I did it! 😉 😉 😉 😉

Excellent experience at The Butcher, served by Isae, who gave us perfect advice on portion sizes. The meat was incredible; in fact, they don't ask how you'd like your meat cooked because the chefs know exactly how to bring out its best qualities. Absolutely exceptional!
