I've been living in the hills above Laon for a few months now, on the same street as Byzance. It's become my ritual; every month with my paycheck, it's my little treat. The staff and establishment are top-notch, by far the best kebab in Laon.

27/07/2026: So happy to find this restaurant open on a **SUNDAY** while we were staying overnight in Laon. The pizzas were delicious, with freshly made bases, and there was a great selection of other dishes on the menu too. We all chose pizzas, but the salads looked amazing as well. The restaurant is tucked away in a beautiful side street, making it a real hidden gem. The service was excellent too. We would definitely visit again.
