22/06/2026: The wraps are good, and so are the fries. However, the atmosphere... What atmosphere? People are talking loudly, the decor is nice but bland. And the prices keep going up. I had no choice but to come this time. It was good, but the price isn't justified by the quality.

13/06/2026: As a long-time customer, I'm very disappointed with my latest experience. I ordered a mozzarella sandwich, and when I opened it, there was no mozzarella inside! It's the main ingredient, after all... Another disappointment: my daughter wanted to get the World Cup bucket hat with her points. We added it to her basket at the kiosk, but when we got to the checkout, the hat was gone. The only response I got was, "There must have been a problem with the kiosk." No gesture of goodwill, no offer of a solution, nothing. To top it all off, the service was cold, with no smiles or any particular attention to the customers. It's really a shame, especially for someone who's been a loyal customer for years. This experience doesn't reflect the quality of service one has the right to expect.
