McDonald's sur Laon

The wraps are good, and so are the fries. However, the atmosphere... What atmosphere? People are talking loudly, the decor is nice but bland. And the prices keep going up. I had no choice but to come this time. It was good, but the price isn't justified by the quality.

As a long-time customer, I'm very disappointed with my latest experience. I ordered a mozzarella sandwich, and when I opened it, there was no mozzarella inside! It's the main ingredient, after all... Another disappointment: my daughter wanted to get the World Cup bucket hat with her points. We added it to her basket at the kiosk, but when we got to the checkout, the hat was gone. The only response I got was, "There must have been a problem with the kiosk." No gesture of goodwill, no offer of a solution, nothing. To top it all off, the service was cold, with no smiles or any particular attention to the customers. It's really a shame, especially for someone who's been a loyal customer for years. This experience doesn't reflect the quality of service one has the right to expect.

Quite fast, McDonald's with better service than Leclerc in Chambry. Sometimes busy at the drive-thru, but they generally work pretty well.

A beautifully decorated place. But the service was incredibly slow, just for two ice creams.

The staff at the McDonald's in Laon are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and efficient. It's truly rare to encounter such pleasant and helpful staff. I highly recommend this restaurant.

A wonderful place where we ate incredibly well. It's quick.

A very good experience. The table service was impeccable: two pleasant and smiling people brought the orders. A minor drawback was that the burgers were a little messy.

Returned to the counter 3 times. 2 items ordered were forgotten and fries were ordered instead of potatoes. Order needs to be checked.
