Despite a bit of a wait, one employee was particularly attentive and professional. She took the initiative to offer us free items as an apology, a truly appreciated gesture that's become rare these days.

The establishment was clean, well-located, and easily accessible, with welcoming staff. The only downside was that the burger and fries weren't very hot, which was a shame.

It's a shame the table service was so poor. Several things were forgotten, the young waitress wasn't friendly, didn't smile at all, and seemed completely lost.
We had to go to the counter several times because, despite numerous requests to the employee, none of them were resolved. The only positive point was the manager (a woman with glasses in a blue shirt) who was very kind and helped us clear our table.
