Café Albertine sur Rennes

Absolutely loved it and delicious!

There were three of us. The service was very quick and the lady was very pleasant. Unfortunately, we wanted to try the cinnamon rolls, but they were sold out. The banana-chocolate-coconut muffin was delicious, very chocolatey, the banana was perfectly soft, and the coconut was subtle enough not to overpower, but present enough to enjoy. The peanut butter cookie was also delicious. The coffees were also delicious. The plant-based option, although it's a shame it costs extra, isn't overpriced and it's very good. You can choose between oat and soy. Finally, I'd say the portions are decent, but it would have been great if they were a bit more generous! That said, it's very nice to see a café offering so many plant-based options, and the atmosphere is more than pleasant. It's a great find.

Very friendly. Quiet place with natural products. Delicious fresh juices. The cinnamon roll is a standout. Everything was delicious, but in our opinion, the prices are excessive: a coffee with milk and a pastry cost €8.

"Cafés are not offices." Albertine is one of those charming and cozy places. A very good and beautiful little café. The pastries, the drinks, and the staff—everything was perfect for us, and we will definitely be back! Perhaps one less pleasant thought. It's become commonplace these days for customers to come and work in places like small cafés. What a nightmare. What a stifling atmosphere they create. A café is first and foremost a place for living and enjoying life. All those people who don't speak or who think they're in their offices. Cafés are not offices. Support charming places like Albertine instead of monopolizing the space for hours to send three pointless emails. Excuse me for being so blunt, but when you love something, you want to preserve places like this!

A wonderful discovery at Café Albertine! The place is cute, warm, and pleasant for a quick coffee break. The atmosphere is simple yet very cozy, with a lovely counter, a variety of drinks, and good sweet and savory options. I really enjoyed the coffee, which was perfectly prepared, and the pastry was also delicious—rich, fresh, and especially lovely with the strawberries. It was perfect for an afternoon treat or a relaxing break during the day. The service was also very friendly and welcoming. The staff were smiling, pleasant, and attentive, which made the experience even better. Overall, a great place to grab a coffee, eat something delicious, and spend a pleasant moment. I highly recommend Café Albertine!
