A magnificent experience! I recommend it to everyone who is passing through, although it is also worth visiting expressly. The place is worth it. I have never had such good fried trout.

Small restaurant, unique menu, vegetable soup, 6 small trout, a green pepper omelette with fried ham and cheese with a cream cake for dessert. Everything very good. You must reserve to eat at 12 noon. Good customer service. The owner speaks a little Spanish.

Home atmosphere and we ate incredibly well! It is recommended to take the 22 euro menu. Very friendly owners.

Happiness! Simplicity, generosity, taste for good. An authentic place which unfortunately is becoming rare. You immediately feel at home there. Troutelle, piperade, pepper omelette, Basque sausages. Everything is homemade and made to order. A pearl in the middle of a magnificent environment. The kind of place you don’t forget and to which you will return. Thank you for the fantastic welcome.

There was no map, just what was there. Very authentic and traditionally simple good food. There were only two of us that evening. We registered at lunchtime and they cooked just for us. Any time.
