Great restaurant, rather retro but at the top

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Jean-Pierre for his warm welcome to the lands of the Basque Country. This authentic place offers an exceptional dining experience with family cuisine passed down from generation to generation. The proximity, the exchanges with the boss and the fresh products arriving in the morning add a unique dimension to this address, a true authentic and atypical gem to discover. A special mention for the trout which were simply excellent.

Be careful, reservation is required. Anyway, they took care of us. Everything very good, attention, food, place. It is a family restaurant and the food too, all very delicious. It is not a menu to choose from, you sit down and eat what is there, which I really liked, although it was not much of a surprise, because in the reviews I read days before, while planning the trip, I had already seen that they served the same thing we ate we. I recommend it 100%
