The butcher's cut, grilled rare on the outside and perfectly cooked on the inside, was flawless. The pollen on the side was so delicious, I couldn't make it any better. Classical music played softly in the background. I'll definitely be back to confirm.

Excellent meal, superb meat, sauce perfectly balanced – neither too salty nor too bland – and a high-quality homemade dessert. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant, the location was good, the welcome warm, and the price reasonable. I highly recommend it.

20/01/2026: Pleasantly surprised by the decor and atmosphere. I ordered a vegetable stir-fry and made the owner laugh by saying I was surprised to find pieces of beef in the dish 🐂... The cook explained that they were meat substitutes. Well, I loved it!!! A very nice experience for a meat lover like me. And the dessert was original and delicious. I'll be back... #### January 20, 2026: I returned to enjoy a hot spiced apple juice 🍏. Original and delicious, just like the Bohemian decor. I'll be back.....
18/01/2026: An incredible experience! A must-try. They've succeeded in creating amazing vegan alternatives that are virtually indistinguishable from whipped cream. We recommend the waffle and the crumble. The service was incredibly friendly. A lovely break that will refresh your taste buds. Bonus: you'll feel light after your meal.
