Cafe Comptoir de Begles sur Begles

I never leave reviews, but I'm making an exception here because a delicious, welcoming restaurant, where the owner truly cares about offering the best to their customers, deserves to be supported. I absolutely recommend it!

Great food and great service - the beef tartare specifically was great

Le Comptoir de Bègles is a wonderful discovery. Here, you immediately sense that the food is homemade, with carefully prepared ingredients. The fish is cooked to absolute perfection, precise and expertly executed, which is sadly becoming quite rare and deserves to be highlighted. The owner adds a touch of humor that instantly puts you at ease, while the service is impeccable: attentive, warm, and incredibly kind, without ever being intrusive. A place where you feel comfortable, where you eat remarkably well, and where you already want to return. A truly fantastic experience!

Impeccable welcome and service, punctuated with a great sense of humor. Every dish we tasted, from appetizer to dessert, was excellent. Everything was perfect; a lovely stop for us on our way to our vacation!

Very welcoming service. Good quality ingredients.

I had an amazing evening at Le Comptoir de Bègles. The welcome was warm and the service efficient; the waiters were attentive and smiling. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the atmosphere was very pleasant; you really felt at home. The price was very reasonable, and I'd go back in a heartbeat!

I received a very warm welcome from the waiter, the decor was inviting, and the place was spotlessly clean. The value for money was excellent, and the wait was very short. A great place where you feel right at home.

I felt that everything was perfect at "Le Comptoir de Bègles": a warm atmosphere, a welcoming smile, attentive and careful service, and a very pleasant setting. The value for money is also excellent. The wait was almost nonexistent and the cleanliness was impeccable.
