Goodbye! We wandered in at random and were quickly shown to a table of our choice. The menu was very well explained, which is why we opted for the very generous veal lasagna followed by a giant cream puff with Champagne. All this was accompanied by a glass of Pellehaut and a good Alsatian beer, Wendelinus, recommended by one of the waiters. We will definitely be back. Claude and Jacquie from LiNXE.

Excellent service, always attentive. High-quality cuisine. We enjoyed it so much that we went once for lunch and twice for dinner. We should also mention that the Lavazza coffee they serve is excellent and tastes really good. If we return to Dax, we will definitely go back.
