Excellent! The sole was delicious, and the chocolate fondant was divine! The service was also top-notch :)

Goodbye! We wandered in at random and were quickly shown to a table of our choice. The menu was very well explained, which is why we opted for the very generous veal lasagna followed by a giant cream puff with Champagne. All this was accompanied by a glass of Pellehaut and a good Alsatian beer, Wendelinus, recommended by one of the waiters. We will definitely be back. Claude and Jacquie from LiNXE.

Excellent service, always attentive. High-quality cuisine. We enjoyed it so much that we went once for lunch and twice for dinner. We should also mention that the Lavazza coffee they serve is excellent and tastes really good. If we return to Dax, we will definitely go back.

Near the Place de la Fontaine d'Eau Chaude in Dax, don't hesitate to go. An excellent lunch for €16.90, main course + dessert, all homemade with local products. That day, it was Pyrenees lamb and a homemade dessert accompanied by small homemade fruit jellies—a real treat! All served with kindness and with all our questions answered.

My friends and I stumbled upon this brasserie. The service was very professional. The atmosphere is very pleasant and welcoming. My friends ordered burgers, which were delicious, and I had the vegetarian platter, which was a real treat. I highly recommend it.
