I've always enjoyed having a drink at Café de France, a lovely spot in the heart of the city. And today, my colleagues and I went there for lunch. I wasn't expecting such a wonderful meal. The fish was excellent, perfectly cooked with a delicious side dish. The desserts were very good; I had the apple tarte tatin. The staff were pleasant and smiling. The price was very reasonable. We'll gladly go back.

The best value for money on the whole island. Good home-style cooking. Everything is fresh. The entire staff, including the owner, are friendly and welcoming, attentive to the customers' wishes. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment, whose location under the plane trees offers a beautiful Provençal experience. Madame Claude.

We had a delicious lunch at Cafe de France. Each of our party of 5 thoroughly enjoyed their meal, including salade composee, linguine fruits de mer and canard. The plum clafoutis and creme brulee were the best we have tasted. Val served us with perfect English. Highly recommended

Too bad. The wait was a bit long, 10 minutes for a shandy. It would have been better if a bus had arrived to serve food. There's a real lack of staff.

Beautiful cafe/restaurant perfectly situated opposite the Église Notre Dame des Anges in central L'Isle sur la Sorgue, ideal to sit and watch the world go by (or on Sunday and Thursday the market). Excellent hot chocolate (€2.80) and the croissant/baguette with jam breakfast looks very tempting. Lovely staff, and always very busy. Highly recommended.

A lovely café under the plane trees, opposite the church, with no cars... La dolce vita, French style! Plus, the ice cream is excellent and the staff very friendly! I highly recommend it!

A lovely bar with an old wooden facade, located on a small square. A good selection of cocktails and, to top it all off, a smiling and efficient waitress!

15/08/2026: We really enjoyed our lunch at Suzette Pancakerie. The welcome was very warm, and the view from the outdoor area, facing the church, is truly lovely. As for the food, I ordered the Croc'Suzette, and my partner had a Turkish-inspired dish. Unfortunately, we weren't entirely convinced by the flavors of the savory dishes. The "perfect eggs," although we know they're usually quite gelatinous, also seemed undercooked. The desserts, however, more than made up for it, as they were absolutely delicious (the Jeanne and Suzette pancakes)! Overall, we recommend this place to pancake lovers and might even come back to try other dishes. Thank you to the whole team!

24/09/2026: A superb restaurant! Both the main courses and desserts were delicious, carefully prepared, and very flavorful. The service was pleasant, friendly, and efficient, without ever being rushed. And what can I say about the setting: an exceptional terrace right on the Sorgue River, ideal for enjoying a peaceful moment. We had an excellent meal and will gladly return. Highly recommended!

The food is excellent, the daily special is perfectly prepared, and the meal ends on a high note, with a sweet touch from the desserts or a cheese plate. The staff is very pleasant, welcoming, and always smiling. The prices are just right for a good meal.
