We were out for a walk and at the market and sat down without a reservation by chance. It was delicious and pleasant under the shade of the plane trees and with reasonable prices. I would go again.

Everything was great! The food was very good, and the service was always friendly and quick. Even on market days, the staff remained calm and collected, always on the ball with a smile. Even if you only speak a little French, everything worked out wonderfully. The coffee is also excellent, by the way.
We ate there almost every day during our 10-day stay. 🫶

A small restaurant with a nice vintage decor. It has a pleasant atmosphere: the service is efficient, the daily specials are good, and the value for money is unbeatable.

The food was wonderful, just as we had heard. The setting was lovely. And despite the market day crowds, we were seated immediately. It was a delightful lunch …But add Val as our waiter, and it became an extraordinary experience. Val served us in perfect English and in perfect French and with a perfect gentillesse. We enjoyed the service as much as the delicious déjeuner. And he went out of his way to accommodate me with a dish in a previous menu. I also heard him talking to guests at a neighboring table and checking with the kitchen whether a dish was gluten free. If you want even more than an excellent meal, go to the Cafe de France for Val.

My wife and I stopped for just a beer and soda. The atmosphere on Market Sunday was superb. We decided to eat lunch. My wife had the vegetarian plate. I had the salad with delicious chicken and fresh tasting lettuce, tomato, cheese and two mozzarella sticks. The coffee was great.
Our waiter Val was as nice as could be. Professional, friendly, offered great beer advice. Had delightful conversation. Capped off by a selfie - with Val. Highly recommend.
