Excellent establishment offering local products, including delicious fries with Bezac potatoes. The menu is complete and the salads are famous. The service is amazing, a very friendly waiter who takes great care of his customers. We come from Grenoble to enjoy ourselves here. Finally, the value for money is sensational. To recommend

Despite the late hour, we were warmly welcomed. The food and service were top notch. Excellent quality and surprisingly low price. Mastered duck breast cooking and tasty home fries. If we pass through Pamiers again, we will happily come back.

08/04/2025: Excellent little restaurant specializing in Breton pancakes/crêpes. We are always very well received there. Traditional cuisine, fresh and quality products, and everything is homemade. The value for money is really good. I go there frequently when I'm passing through Pamiers and I've never been disappointed. I highly recommend.

04/12/2025: Perfect overnight stay, very clean room, impeccable bedding, professional and attentive staff. Excellent dinner. A truly excellent place to stay. Thank you for your hospitality!
28/10/2025: Evening stopover with a late arrival (after 9 p.m.) the hotel service called me to choose my dinner (excellent homemade cuisine) and deliver it to my room (meal tray). Very appreciable service and friendliness. Nothing to say about the room either, clean, neat, comfortable bedding. Breakfast ditto with a wide choice, without forgetting the little omelet which is offered to you early in the morning! :) Frankly, a TOP establishment, very welcoming and dedicated staff. What a pleasure to stay even just one night in this charming hotel. Bravo to you!
