Cafe de la Halle sur Pamiers

22/03/2026: Good evening, Passing through Pamiers for the weekend, we were looking for a semi-gastronomic restaurant to treat ourselves. The welcome was impeccable, and the staff were helpful and smiling. The service was quick, and there was no wait. We were served a small creamy soup before the starter while we waited for our aperitif. The dishes were very good and refined. If I had to mention one negative point, which might not even be one (I didn't dare ask), I didn't see any wine by the glass on the menu; there were only bottles. My wife doesn't drink wine, and I was driving, so I couldn't order a whole bottle. But otherwise, everything was truly perfect, and the owner was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely return. Regarding the dining room, the tables are large, making it pleasant to eat at; you don't feel cramped or confined. We were upstairs, and the atmosphere was quiet—nothing to complain about.
