Despite the late hour, we were warmly welcomed. The food and service were top notch. Excellent quality and surprisingly low price. Mastered duck breast cooking and tasty home fries. If we pass through Pamiers again, we will happily come back.

Bel endroit. Le repas était bon et l accueil excellent. Ce n est qu une brasserie mais on y mange bien pour un coût raisonnable

15/09/2024: A menu with a wide enough choice for everyone to find their way without too much difficulty. Very pleasant staff who almost make you forget the failures and small imperfections. All in a pleasant setting even if the tables are a little close to each other. Finally, the price is perhaps a little high when you put it together: a staff who does not know the menu well, cooking that is not entirely respected and the discussion at the next table is somewhat intrusive. To be tested again next time.
10/09/2024: My favorite in the region. A cuisine made with simple products but combined in a way that makes us think of gourmet cuisine. I loved it and wish I could have tasted everything. The prices are very reasonable for the service. I strongly recommend it to you.
