We came to try the food, but unfortunately, there was almost no cut fruit left... The little that remained was swimming in its own juice! No rice pudding either, just a tiny bit in the bottom of a bowl... We settled for a crepe, which wasn't very well cooked 🫤. It's a shame, this café was so good, a real gem in 2024/2025. For 2026, it's a complete downfall, not to mention the neglect of cleanliness: the awnings over the appetizer and dessert buffet were really dusty, and the grid ceiling was covered in cobwebs... What a disappointment!

Although recommended by the Petit Futé guide (2024-2025), while the food is good, the upkeep of the dining areas could be improved. There's dust around the ceiling ventilation grilles above the cash registers and the crepe station, as well as on the display awnings, which are made of excessively dusty canvas. A shame.

Today I had an entrecôte which was excellent, perfectly cooked and very, very tender. I enjoyed the rest of my meal too. As usual, I will gladly return and I recommend this cafeteria, which could set an example for some restaurants.

The cooked dishes are tasty. There is a wide choice of starters and desserts. However, a word of advice: avoid going there at midday sharp as it is very crowded.

22/03/2026: Good evening, Passing through Pamiers for the weekend, we were looking for a semi-gastronomic restaurant to treat ourselves. The welcome was impeccable, and the staff were helpful and smiling. The service was quick, and there was no wait. We were served a small creamy soup before the starter while we waited for our aperitif. The dishes were very good and refined. If I had to mention one negative point, which might not even be one (I didn't dare ask), I didn't see any wine by the glass on the menu; there were only bottles. My wife doesn't drink wine, and I was driving, so I couldn't order a whole bottle. But otherwise, everything was truly perfect, and the owner was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely return. Regarding the dining room, the tables are large, making it pleasant to eat at; you don't feel cramped or confined. We were upstairs, and the atmosphere was quiet—nothing to complain about.

17/04/2026: A very warm welcome, highly professional and attentive service, excellent quality and variety of homemade dishes, all in a typical brasserie atmosphere, conveniently located in the city center with a lovely, pleasant terrace overlooking the square when the weather is nice. A well-deserved rating. I always return regularly with pleasure, and all for excellent value. Go with confidence.
