Excellent restaurant. The duck breast with Roquefort sauce, fries, and salad was delicious. Despite the rain, we were sheltered thanks to the awnings on the terrace. For dessert, I had the chocolate mousse, a real treat.

For the ultimate experience, ask for Colette on Sunday mornings preferably.

Passing through Pamiers, we found this lovely brasserie on the square. A very warm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere. Personally, I found the dishes excellent value for money considering the quality of the ingredients. The meat was cooked to perfection. As our server said, simple but effective, and I agree, the duck breast and ribeye steak were a pure delight. We will definitely return if we are ever back in Pamiers. Thank you for this pleasant experience.
