Never disappointed in the years we've been coming to eat here, everything is homemade. Today's foie gras with parsley and garlic and salmon with beurre blanc sauce was a real treat.

We had a very good meal. There are various set menus at different price points, which you can combine yourself. Each time you can choose from several appetizers, main courses, and desserts. And we received very friendly service. We would gladly come again.

27/08/2026: A couple of friends and I tried this restaurant, which had been recommended to me. It was a great choice; it's truly a wonderful place. The excellent, refined, and generous cuisine, the warm welcome, the service, and the pleasant dining room (with plenty of space between tables) are what make the Delphinium so charming. I highly recommend this restaurant and I can't wait to go back.
26/08/2026: A gourmet restaurant with a comprehensive and diverse menu, including some rare dishes. High-quality cuisine made with excellent ingredients. An extensive wine list with a wide selection at all price points. And impeccable service, just as you would expect from a fine restaurant.
