We've dined there three times. It's very good. The servers are exceptionally professional, always smiling and attentive to the customer. Well done! It's rare to find such a place... best of luck and many more customers to satisfy.

We ate on the terrace on the evening of September 3rd and received excellent service. I thank Julien and his team who were fantastic and made the evening very enjoyable. The sea bass fillet and its sauce were excellent, as was the Basque burger. I highly recommend this lovely place with a beautiful view.

Great time, the service was excellent, the staff were friendly, and on top of that, the food was delicious. I'll be back!

We were very pleasantly surprised as we arrived at 2 pm for lunch and were greeted with smiles and great kindness by each of the servers. A small bowl of water for our dogs was provided as soon as we were seated. The service was very quick, the food was high quality, and the price was excellent. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely return.

For our third visit, after a second trip in July, we had the pleasure of rediscovering an establishment that cultivates with great skill what is unfortunately becoming rare: <The true meaning of hospitality.> Upon our arrival, the manager recognized us. Then some members of the team did as well. After only two visits, this attention genuinely touched us. It's not a mere detail: it's the sign of an establishment where the customer isn't just a number, but a person to be remembered. The manager, like the entire team, including Béa and Seb, stands out for their elegant, warm, and remarkably natural presence. There are plenty of smiles, kindness, humor, and that touch of playful camaraderie that transforms a simple dinner into a truly convivial experience. The service is of exceptional quality: attentive, seamless, and perfectly paced. Every detail seems deliberate, every gesture feels natural. And on the plate, the experience lives up to the warm welcome: an excellent, generous, and flawlessly executed meal. The cuisine delivers, above all, what one comes to a restaurant for: pleasure, indulgence, and the desire to linger. Ultimately, this is perhaps what distinguishes a very good restaurant from a truly remarkable one: the ability to combine culinary excellence with exceptional human connection. A truly wonderful restaurant in Biarritz, run by a fantastic team and a manager who clearly understands that the art of hospitality is a true hallmark. My wife, son, and I first came by chance, and then again in July. We returned a third time to happily round off our vacation. We will leave with the definite desire to come back again. We came as a family to Café de la Place in Biarritz on July 4, 2026, and once again, we had a wonderful time. The atmosphere is truly warm and friendly; you almost feel like you're with friends. The entire team is welcoming, smiling, and attentive. The meal was delicious, with high-quality ingredients and pleasant service. When it came time to pay the bill, I misunderstood the waiter's request and unintentionally declined the tip. My family then explained the misunderstanding, so I went back to the restaurant specifically to leave a cash tip, as we had so appreciated the welcome and service. We discovered this establishment a few months ago, and we are always so happy to return. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend. Dinner for two at the end of August: nothing to complain about. Friendly and very responsive servers, quick service, and good food. It's more economical to choose a set menu than à la carte. You can see the ocean from the terrace.
