Le Sin sur Biarritz

We ate at the SIN cafeteria after visiting the Cité de l'Océan. The Bayonne ham and sheep's cheese sandwich was delicious, as was the ham and butter sandwich. The person who served us, with a Spanish accent, was incredibly kind—the kind of person we wish we saw more often. We had a lovely time.

The food is delicious, the setting is magnificent, the servers do their best, but... the owner is awful. It's hard to understand how someone could be so unpleasant. Yet we didn't make any special requests. The comments fly thick and fast, and it spoils this otherwise delightful culinary experience. It's understandable that it's not crowded; it's not just about the price.

Another excellent meal at Sin! The ravioli are as delicious as ever. The service was friendly and efficient, and the location was superb. We'll be back again and again! 😁

Unusual venue atop a museum. Excellent in all respects. Beautiful ocean bay views while you dine. Extraordinary cuisine, creative& delicious. Surprisingly gentle prices relative to the high quality level.

We came to eat the set menu. Excellent... Refined, well-balanced flavors, we had a very pleasant time. The service was attentive and the setting magnificent.

What a discovery! First time at this establishment, certainly not the last. Dishes with sublime flavors, a warm welcome, and an ocean view. And on top of that, a special touch for a special meal. Truly, thank you to the team and the owner; we had a wonderful meal. We will be back.

The broth for the langoustine raviolis was great but the dish was sadly quite ruined. They hide mushroom in the langoustine raviolis , and this is NOT ON THE MENU , which is a problem for someone intolerant of mushrooms like myself. PUT IT ON THE MENU! The most expensive meal I have had so far in Biarritz and definitely not worth the money. I don’t mind spending money on a good meal. I ate at Marius last night, and will return there. I highly recommend Marius over this place. And it was half the price for much better service, scrummy food, and divine wine. Drive the extra five minutes to Marius. Positive: Pleasant to learn the Sancerre region uses Pinot Noir grapes occasionally, but did expect a white wine with my order of 2 fish dishes. Oops. Live and learn. LOL 😂 Nice view. The staff was nice but they asked me three times if I wanted the restaurant instead of the cafeteria before seating me. Then asked me if I saw the menu. Yes. That is why I came in. A bit odd and not very welcoming. I guess a Prada purse reads “cafeteria” at this restaurant? Hmmmm. The fish was cooked well but with a soft skin, if you’re into that. . .then this is the place for you. Would not return. Did not meet my expectations and now I am congested from the SURPRISE! mushrooms .

A magnificent place with a fabulous view, both inside and out, and incredibly delicious cuisine made with high-quality, seasonal, local produce prepared with love by a team that goes the extra mile. Plus, the parking is easy! I've been lucky enough to live in Biarritz for several years now, and this restaurant remains one of my favorites because it's truly unique and consistently excellent. What's more, you never leave hungry because the dishes, in addition to being beautiful, are generously portioned. Bravo for this consistency and thank you for these precious moments! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Good place to eat, good service and good location, we liked it....

The hake was delicious, as was the shepherd's pie; it was a real treat, both in taste and appearance! Thank you so much to the waiter, it was perfect ☺️
