We were travelling around the Annecy lake and had the short stop in Talloires. It was between the meal time and we had tge cappuccino in this Cafe. We really enjoyed our stay. Very atmospheric place, friendly bartender, nice hot cappuccino and great selection of good french music! Thanks for your hospitality! Maria & Max

Great vibe inside ..traditional French menu but the food was unpleasant. The terrine was OK..a tiny portion. We ordered the casserole de boef and it was so tough and undercooked I do one much better at home..the sauce was watery and not well reduced. My chocolate mousse was OK.. certainly not the best..

Une place agréable, une cuisine traditionnelle de qualité et rien à redire au service qui s’est nettement amélioré depuis notre dernier passage il y a un an. Les prix restent élevés comme partout autour du lac

23/09/2024: Dining in the dining room, bistro or brasserie atmosphere but gastronomic prices. It’s probably better on the terrace at midday
13/09/2024: Our Girls' Trip ended tonight at Restaurant le Beau Site and we thought it was perfection. I miss the food already. We both ordered the veal filet mignon, which came with potato pavé, broccoli, exquisite dollops of sauces - and was superb, amazing, perfect. The chef started us with an amuse-bouche that was delicious - I think it was artichoke or celery or I can't remember but amazing. The views at this restaurant are picturesque - my friend could not stop admiring the views from our table. Neither could I. Prior to dessert, the chef, Daniel, gave us a raspberry tea that was also perfection. My friend had the chocolate and whiskey mousse dessert, and I had the house-made raspberry sorbet, which came with a leaf tweel. Perfect. The wait staff were friendly and impressively polyglot. I need to figure out when I can go back to this place SOON.

LE MULLIGAN

29/06/2024: Nous sommes venus boire un verre à la sortie de notre randonnée au roc du chère. Très bonne accueil, très gentil et agréable. Cadre sympathique, fauteuil avec vu sur le golf. Nous avons également pris 2 desserts (Ananas + coupe de fraise) garnis, bons, 10/10. (petit + : le seul restaurant à avoir du sirop PAC. très rare dans la région) Ouvert à tous, nous recommandons. Si nous sommes de nouveau de passage dans la région, nous testerons le restaurant.
