There are always a few drunks around or occasional fights and disagreements. Please note, it is a very public busy area and thus, extremely noisy! Service and bartenders... Honestly - there are some I avoid if I see them working. You've got 2 out of 7 for example, who give you top notch service... But then you got the other 4 who either don't care, who don't pay attention, who give you poor service and that's really sad as it ruins your day sitting under a parasol, enjoying the weather and it goes for the bartenders. Usually 2 at a time. Some are rude and unhelpful and then you got the rare one who is friendly and courteous it's like playing poker - you don't know who works that they unless you make the rounds and see who's on the schedule

Our first impression was a little mixed due to the wait. After being shown to a table, nearly 20 minutes passed without anyone taking our order. We finally had to go back inside to ask if someone could take our order. We were politely told that someone would be coming soon… Fortunately, what followed completely changed our impression! Once our order was taken, we discovered delicious, generous, and lavishly served dishes. A special mention goes to our very pleasant and attentive waitress, who apologized several times for the wait, which we truly appreciated. Despite this slight hiccup at the start, we were particularly impressed by the quality of the food and the friendly service. We will gladly return! 😊

Hello, the restaurant is in a great location! The meal was excellent, the service was also very fast, the prices were reasonable, what more can I say, a very good restaurant!

Passing through Châteauroux one evening, I was very pleasantly surprised by this brasserie. The terrace was lovely, the staff friendly (thank you, Anatole!), and the food excellent (I recommend the andouillette!). A great place at a reasonable price 😋

Lunch today on my first visit to Châteauroux. Pleasant welcome. Good food. Not too noisy. (It's August.) I'll have to check it out during peak season. I estimate my meal cost between 30 and 40 euros. I was a guest.
