Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The food, atmosphere and service were all spot on, but Idris deserves a special mention, genuinely one of the best servers I’ve ever had. Proper attentive, friendly and made the whole experience even better.

A very cozy café right by the town archway. There is a huge selection of seafood—including an aquarium with live lobsters where you can pick out the one you want for dinner.
The French waiters were very courteous and did their best to communicate in English.
They took orders and served the food quickly.
The food was delicious: red fish marinated with dill on a crouton, fish risotto for the main course, and dessert. The ice cream was natural and tasted great. The coffee was excellent, too! I have no complaints; the place left a wonderful impression.

We had a delicious meal, but we had to wait a very long time for the starter. Unfortunately, that was very disappointing. The main course was served a little faster. We were kept informed, but it was a case of waiting until you're hungry. The kitchen couldn't handle the number of people very well. Fortunately, the ingredients that came out were very tasty!

The food was good, but quite expensive. There was no option to order burgers without sauce or vegetables, even though these are supposed to be added last... So we removed everything once the burgers arrived. The fish was very good.

This was better than we expected based on the reviews we read. We had the Andrea 3 course set meal (32 euros) which was good value. Seafood platter to start was good and quite large. Main course: Raie was good portion with nice accompaniments, Hake was tasty but not a large portion (a bit disappointing as it was 5 euros extra), Kouign-amann and other desserts were lovely. Service was quite quick, wine was a bit pricey (32 euros for muscadet). Overall, we had a lovely meal.

Having been won over in 2024, I returned this year at the same time to enjoy a large seafood sauerkraut. When the dish arrived, I was very disappointed: there was no half lobster, only one small langoustine, two shrimp, three pieces of fish, and only one small potato—nothing like what I had enjoyed two years ago... I now understand the lower rating. The sauerkraut was excellent nonetheless, and the service was also good.

My favourite place to eat in St Malo. The drinks and wine are perfect (especially a sneaky negroni aperitif). The sea food is amazing and all sourced locally. The atmosphere is fantastic and there is a lovely buzz in this magical spot (especially when live losbters are being brought out or dishes being set on fire). Maybe it was the heat, and the wine, and the fish, but our midday meal here was an absolute highlight. Tres Bies!! Vive St. Malo!!

The food here is absolutely delicious 😋, and the portions are great for the price 👍. It arrived quickly too (even though it was packed). The service is also very friendly! It can get a little noisy sometimes, but you can still have a perfectly good conversation! ✨🫶🏻
