Fabulous Hotel, Staff, Location and food!. I have been coming to this hotel for 4 years now with my children and brother. Hotel is 20m from the piste and 100m from Mottaret centre, literally the perfect location. The staff are fantastic and always available and willing to help no matter what the request, including putting up with endless requests for hot chocolate (with cream and marsh mellows) from the poor bar stuff, thank so much for your patience! There is no other hotel we would even consider in Meribel. Thank you Katie for always being so welcoming and lovely. Your hotel feels like a home from home. Will see you next season of course 😉

Nice hotel, food could be improved as it was only lukewarm. Good location for skiing.

Excellent stay at this very well-located hotel (just cross the road and you're on the slopes). The staff are incredibly kind, and the breakfast and evening meals, served in a room with panoramic views of the valley, are of high quality. There's a spa area with a swimming pool, jacuzzi (there's also an outdoor jacuzzi that I didn't try), sauna, hammam, and massage/treatment rooms. My only regret is that I chose a standard room; next time I'll book a comfort or prestige room to have something more in line with the hotel's amenities. Also, be aware that the building isn't new, so the soundproofing isn't up to current standards, but the clientele was quiet, so it wasn't really a problem. A very good place to stay; I recommend it without reservation. A great atmosphere; you can tell everyone is happy to be in this cozy little haven.

Had been really looking forward to staying here and we weren’t disappointed. From the friendly welcome at Reception to the helpful staff in the restaurant, nothing was too much trouble. The snow and the hotels position (ski in ski out ) just make things easier for your stay. Did I mention the spa just what you need after a day on the slopes. We’re definitely returning.
