A wonderful discovery this lunchtime with my partner! The welcome was warm and genuine; we immediately felt at ease. The dishes were truly delicious, well-prepared and flavorful, made with high-quality ingredients. A pleasant place where you enjoy eating and want to return. I highly recommend it.

Very nice place, excellent value for money, the meat was of superior quality, you could have cut it with a butter knife – a real treat! I highly recommend it.

I love the atmosphere and warm decor of this fantastic restaurant in Saint-Brieuc. In this modern neighborhood, the entire building exudes heritage with its old, hand-cut stones. Ernestine, like Grandma, is a brilliant idea! The best bistro in Saint-Brieuc! Bravo!

L'Arbalaise

03/03/2026: The welcome at L'Arbalaise is always top-notch, the food is generous, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it!
11/02/2026: So, I'm pretty consistent; every time, it's the ribeye! I've read some complaints... I can't believe it! This ribeye is perfect, aged just right, with, of course, a bit of "good" fat in it... Seared, but always perfectly rare, and an impeccable blue cheese sauce! Nothing to complain about! The fries aren't Binch fries, but many prefer the sweeter (darker) varieties... "real fries," of course. The service is great, and by coming fairly regularly, you end up being recognized and feeling that "downtown family" atmosphere.
