Incredible, a gem in Sartène.
The welcome is very warm and the staff attentive and caring. The terrace is on Place Porta and is well-ventilated, so the setting is beautiful with a refreshing breeze, especially in summer.
The food is delicious! The price is very reasonable considering the generous portions and the quality of the local flavors.
Come one, come all, you won't be disappointed!

We ate there twice this week.
The children's menu was very good, with butcher's minced steak and homemade fries.
We had pasta carbonara, gorgonzola knackwurst, and the goat cheese and fig jam burger, which was also very good.
The staff was attentive and made sure everything went smoothly during our meal.
However, don't be surprised if you're politely told off if you try to force your way into a table that seems free. I saw this both times we went, and I think it's unacceptable to behave like that, even if you're paying for the service. It doesn't excuse you from respecting the restaurant's rules.
Just to be clear, I'm not from Corsica and I'm not a friend of the restaurant.
