We went there twice during our vacation and were never disappointed. A very warm welcome, fast service, and generous portions of hot food. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals.

Lunch was served during our stopover in Sartène. Good food, friendly service. We were glad we ate early because the restaurant filled up quickly.

We ate there twice this week.
The children's menu was very good, with butcher's minced steak and homemade fries.
We had pasta carbonara, gorgonzola knackwurst, and the goat cheese and fig jam burger, which was also very good.
The staff was attentive and made sure everything went smoothly during our meal.
However, don't be surprised if you're politely told off if you try to force your way into a table that seems free. I saw this both times we went, and I think it's unacceptable to behave like that, even if you're paying for the service. It doesn't excuse you from respecting the restaurant's rules.
Just to be clear, I'm not from Corsica and I'm not a friend of the restaurant.

Great pizza, especially if you like very thin pizza dough like I do! Plus, a fantastic location right in the center and, most importantly: super friendly service!

The staff is perfect, the Sartène burger is so good I highly recommend it, the atmosphere is perfect, it's not too hot inside and it's great outside too, there are fans on the ceiling, the village is lovely and the waiters, bartenders, etc. are really very kind, I highly recommend this restaurant if you want quick meals, drinks and amazing food. 😁

Three times in one week... needless to say, it's really great.
If we come back here or if anyone asks me where to go for a bite, I'll recommend it without hesitation.

A magnificent location on the main square of Sartene, with a view of the church steeple. And what can I say about the staff? They're incredibly professional and welcoming.
The cuisine is focused yet delicious.
We loved it so much that we went back, especially one evening during the village festival.
