01/01/2024: Beautiful hotel with top notch staff, pleasant, smiling and attentive. Clean, spacious rooms with a beautiful view! The restaurant is very nice whether it is dinner or breakfast, we enjoyed it.
10/11/2023: Good location in the center of Sartene with a beautiful view of the valley. Very warm welcome, attentive team. Downside for the bed, beyond the fact that it is low, the mattress remains moderately comfortable, you should not stay too long

08/11/2023: An essential address if you are in Sartène. Delicious, authentic and hearty meals. Warm welcome with numerous explanations of the dishes. More than a meal: an experience.
05/10/2023: My best experience in a restaurant. Jean Laurent knows his products, talks about them with passion: it's a change from establishments where you don't really know what you're eating/drinking! The dishes are very good, the quantities are generous: a tip is to take a starter for 2 because it's plentiful, the same for the dishes, you have to have room 😆 The homemade liqueurs are excellent, we went to the grocery store a little further up the street to buy some a few days later, we can't wait to give our loved ones a taste! A superb encounter during our trip to Corsica, we will not hesitate to come back if we return to the area 😄 See you soon Jean Lau'! ✌️
