An authentic Corsican establishment. A fantastic welcome. An amazing restaurant. A very local sheepfold with a lovely little private pool (thank you for setting the heat pump to 30 degrees for us 😉). We'll be back.

We had a wonderful stay at the U Sirenu hostel. Everything was perfect: absolute peace and quiet, impeccable cleanliness, a very warm welcome, and a particularly relaxing setting. We also dined at the hostel's restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The Corsican specialties were delicious, authentic, and very generous. A truly wonderful place that we highly recommend!

We stopped by chance on the road to Sartène, and the setting is superb, the service quick, and the food delicious. We had a wonderful time; a great find. Local products are available for purchase on site.

We had lunch at Auberge u Sirenu on our way back from visiting the village of Sartène. The setting is truly lovely, and we enjoyed some delicious Corsican specialties. The staff are friendly and welcoming; we highly recommend it.

24/08/2026: Fantastic! A magnificent setting, very calm, very authentic. Everything was good, from the fish to the meats, I tasted the dishes of all the members of my family (and we were a large table so I was able to try almost the entire menu) and everything was of high quality!

Beyond the enchanting exterior, the charming, old-fashioned ranch interior, the warm welcome and service from the entire team, the dinner is delicious, featuring local, high-quality, and beautifully presented products… A true treasure.
