Dinner last night with two friends. Perfect welcome, perfect table service, perfect cuisine, superb quality of the ingredients, ribeye steak with morels, homemade fries and salad. Flawless. I will return with my wife and children. Finally, people who know how to work and how to welcome guests. Top-notch.

I regularly visit this brasserie in Aix-les-Bains, and it's always a real pleasure. The welcome is incredible, both from the owners and the waiter, who is always very professional and attentive. You truly feel welcome every time you go. The dishes are all carefully prepared, full of flavor, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients used. Everything is made with care. My favorite is still the steak frites: a simple dish, but perfectly executed, with excellent meat and delicious homemade fries. A sure bet that I recommend without hesitation!

A restaurant you absolutely must discover if you're ever in Aix-les-Bains. A warm welcome, beautiful decor, fresh flowers on the tables (a rarity these days!), simply perfect cuisine, everything homemade, an excellent wine list, a very pleasant waiter who knows his job very well, and super friendly owners. We'll be back next time. Thank you again for this wonderful time spent at your restaurant.

17/02/2026: Valentine's Day Dinner A tasting menu of a series of small dishes, all truly excellent. Lots of fish (perfect for us), but also some amazing Kobe beef.

14/02/2026: This restaurant truly deserves the excellent reviews it receives. Its couscous is in my top three (and at 70 years old, I've already eaten it!). In order: my mother, my mother-in-law, and Tassili 😄 A very warm welcome, perfect service, and impeccable cleanliness, even in the restrooms. And the icing on the cake: since the couscous was so generous, we were able to get a doggy bag. We're going to enjoy it again tomorrow at lunchtime... Oh, and the mint tea is amazing! I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back. Thank you, Tassili!
