The following assessment dates from July-August 2022 and is confirmed by our visits during the summer months of 2023 and 2024. Very pleasant restaurant with a slightly nostalgic brasserie-style interior decor. Terrace on Rue des Bains where you feel good. As for the cuisine, the daily specials are simply delicious, varied and colorful. To be appreciated by the eyes and by the taste buds. And the desserts of the day? A real killing, so much so that my wife and I each take one.... and a third with two spoons. And the reception? Like everything that has been mentioned before: efficient and at the same time warm, in short, a place full of humanity where it is good to eat at reasonable prices. For morning people, also try the breakfast formula to enjoy moments that combine pleasure, calm and serenity to enjoy a wonderful day. Well done, keep it up.

Delicious discovery this afternoon. Arrived unexpectedly and quickly placed with a smile and efficiency despite the crowd. And besides, it lasted throughout the meal despite the lack of staff. The meal was delicious from start to finish. My husband even enjoyed two desserts. So, go ahead with your eyes closed, everything is homemade. It pleases the taste buds to come across this kind of establishment by chance.

The owner is charming. The service is impeccable. They are attentive, friendly, if you do not speak French they make an effort to understand you. The steak was simply spectacular. Without being cheap, the quality/price ratio is impeccable. Definitely a must-see if you visit Aix des Bains

Le café des bains est dans la journée une pâtisserie mais pour midi ils font restaurant Nous y sommes allés et pas de regrets Le restaurant sert des plats très bon et fait maison même les desserts sont faits maison La cuisine est ouverte Le personnel très agréable et au petits soins Nous y retournerons si nous nous retrouvons de nouveau dans la région
