Café des Bains sur Balaruc-Les-Bains

The prices are very reasonable.

A huge thank you to Viviane, who answered our phone call and was incredibly warm and professional. She even took the time to call us back to confirm that our order had been successfully processed for delivery, just as we had requested. Well done!

Everything you need is available at reasonable prices!

Small but well-stocked. Cashier is average with tourists. Clean, parking lot shaded by solar panels.

Cute little shop with everything you need

Passing through the area, we decided to use a drive-through service. Forty minutes later, having arrived at our holiday accommodation, we were unpleasantly surprised to find three items (meat and brioche) still bearing a 30% discount tag from the previous day, but which were already expired and for which I had paid full price online... I contacted the store to request a refund to my loyalty card, as I have done before at other Intermarché stores. The manager, Maëva I believe, politely informed me that this wasn't possible at this store and that I would have to return in person. Considering the cost of fuel and the distance, I obviously wasn't going to make a 1.5-hour trip for an €11 refund. I particularly regret this lack of flexibility. The mistake is the store's, but the customer has to bear the consequences. It's a shame, because the telephone service was pleasant, but this refund policy is difficult to understand. UPDATE: I was contacted by my manager who found a solution to the problem and refunded the expired products to my loyalty card. Their responsiveness was greatly appreciated.
