The ice cream with licorice, vanilla, and, more surprisingly, fougasse from Aigues-Mortes, was simply excellent.

What can I say... DELICIOUS ICE CREAM!! A wonderful discovery, the ice cream is so good!! If you like orange blossom, I highly recommend the fougasse d'Aigues-Mortes flavored ice cream—it's to die for!! The others are great too, and the young woman who runs it is really lovely. We've been coming to Balaruc-les-Bains for four years now, and for four years we can't live without these delicious ice creams. Each flavor is as good as the next, not to mention the excellent Italian-style gelato and homemade granitas, and even the lovely evening coffees. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and attentive to their customers and regulars.
