Good brasserie for tourists in the summer, a lack of professionalism at the moment, too used to their winter comfort with their familiarity. Doesn't have the right approach at all to be able to receive tourists. But it remains a good establishment. Hello people, Here I am again walking around Amboise, this establishment has changed a lot since this winter, a friendly welcome, very modest new food but very refined. A new atmosphere, very correct, nothing to see this winter. Come and discover, you will not be disappointed.

Really excellent place for a drink and/food. We have eaten there twice in two days, both times for an evening meal, and been really impressed. The food is very fresh, carefully prepared and in good sized portions. The salads and pizzas are particularly good. The service is very efficient and helpful and everything is very fairly priced. Everything is very clean and tidy. We highly recommend this place. Thanks for a warm welcome!

Family cooking, everything homemade. And very hearty. Starter buffet, choice between 2 hearty dishes, choice between 2 desserts. 15.50 euros, except Sunday 22 euros, improved meal. Very friendly waiters, fast service. I recommend.

16/09/2024: We had dinner there as a couple and it was very good. Small outdoor concert was organized when we passed, nice. Good welcome from the waitress and the boss. Boss, takes great care of customers. Very responsive, attentive to our needs. The dishes are well designed. Good atmosphere. Thank you Jean Marie, Olivier and Angélique

Restaurant Crêperie Anne de Bretagne

26/09/2024: Conveniently located by the entrance of the castle, this restaurant is a good place for a quick bite before visiting the chateau. Crepes, both savory and sweet are tasty. Friendly staff.
15/09/2024: Somehow we almost always went to the same restaurant in Amboise, on the one hand because the waitress Alicia served us so kindly and courteously and on the other hand because we got an honest and good meal for a good price. We can also unreservedly recommend all products that are written in red. We probably didn't dare try the sausage, but the Gallette du Chef, the duck confit, the Caesar salad, the snails and the gallette with goat cheese and apples were very tasty. For dessert we had the crepe with chocolate, vanilla ice cream and cream. A crowning conclusion to every meal. The espresso was also excellent. But as I said: a big thank you to Alicia, who served us so nicely every evening and made us feel like we were welcome guests. Ella also always felt very comfortable here and always got a bowl of fresh water...
