A mid-range hotel with good value for money and not overcrowded. The rooms are clean and functionally furnished, with a small gym, a small bar, and a good breakfast. A metro station, restaurants, and a supermarket are nearby. Perfect for us for a 5-day stay in Paris as a couple.

Paris was a dream destination, and the hotel in Porte D’Orleans was a suggestion from a colleague.
Honestly? We are in love!
The rooms are great and a good size for a couple.
We spent our honeymoon here and are sad to leave.
The reception team is sensational and made us feel very comfortable at all times.
Now the Novotel Porte D’Orleans has become a must-visit destination when we go to Europe, even if it's just for one night.
Extremely convenient location, and delicious breakfast. Even though it's small, the rooms we stayed in had a view of the city and you could see the Tower too.
I can't recommend the hotel and its wonderful staff better!

My wife and I stayed at Novotel 14 during our honeymoon, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. Every member of the hotel team treated us exceptionally well and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we left.
One of the things we appreciated most was the team’s ability to assist guests in multiple languages, making communication easy and comfortable throughout our stay. The location is excellent, with convenient access to everything we wanted to see in Paris, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options.
I can honestly say that even if I were only visiting Paris for one night, this hotel would be my first choice. I have found my go-to destination whenever I return to the city.
Thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon so special, memorable, and stress-free. We truly appreciate everything you did for us and look forward to staying with you again in the future.

4-star hotel, good breakfast, decent location, not very close to the metro, non-existent bathroom amenities, for example, there were no cotton swabs, toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, nothing at all.
The room has no refrigerator. I asked for a chair to sit on since the room was specific, but they didn't provide one. Cleanliness is good, but could be improved.

The room is fine in terms of size, but the downside is that no window can be opened and the climate control cannot be turned down, which makes the room too warm very quickly.

A mixed experience for one night at the end of Easter weekend. The hotel is modern, functional, and very clean. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped.
However, several points need improvement.
I waited over 10 minutes at the bar at 9 pm without seeing a soul. Not a single waiter or employee.
The breakfast service also needs improvement. It was very crowded (which can happen). However, the table layout and the overall design of the room made moving around very difficult and accessing the different buffet areas complicated. The tables on the mezzanine are a good idea; it's quiet. But getting to the buffet is hampered by people queuing at the entrance to the breakfast area.
Finally, as a Gold member, I would have appreciated being upgraded, as is the case in the group's other establishments. Since I travel to Montrouge frequently, I'm not sure I'll repeat the experience.
