Cafe D'Orleans sur Montrouge

A mixed experience for one night at the end of Easter weekend. The hotel is modern, functional, and very clean. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. However, several points need improvement. I waited over 10 minutes at the bar at 9 pm without seeing a soul. Not a single waiter or employee. The breakfast service also needs improvement. It was very crowded (which can happen). However, the table layout and the overall design of the room made moving around very difficult and accessing the different buffet areas complicated. The tables on the mezzanine are a good idea; it's quiet. But getting to the buffet is hampered by people queuing at the entrance to the breakfast area. Finally, as a Gold member, I would have appreciated being upgraded, as is the case in the group's other establishments. Since I travel to Montrouge frequently, I'm not sure I'll repeat the experience.

We're visiting Paris with our family for Easter break and stayed two nights at the hotel. We booked three days in advance, and everything was perfect in terms of value for money. We were given a room with a large bed and two sofa beds for the children, which were very comfortable. The room was clean and cozy, and the reception staff were excellent; they also speak Spanish and were very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was very good and varied. The cleaning staff came every morning. The bus and metro stops are very close to the tourist attractions. I highly recommend it. Thank you so much, Novotel team!

The hotel is affordable, but the neighborhood is charmless and not very welcoming. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The room was comfortable but a bit austere. The breakfast was good. I didn't see any recycling facilities.

The hotel was great: good location, 5 mins walk from metro. Rooms were lovely and the Rituals toiletries were a nice bonus! Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choice. The staff were helpful. We had a lovely stay.

Decided to treat the family to a stop over following a trip to Disneyland and found this hotel around 30 minutes from the pantheon by foot and the hop on hop off bus tours or 5 minutes to the tram / underground. Hotel was clean staff were excellent and the underground parking was fantastic value for 24 hrs.

Everything was great, great location, very friendly reception and the hotel is spotlessly clean.

The rooms are clean and new, and it's great that there's a Brita machine on each floor. It's close to the subway and relatively affordable, so I'd definitely use it again when I'm sightseeing in Paris.

Hotel is closely located to the Metro station which make easier for the travel across the city, located on the main road in Porte De Orleans it’s good location for the people who want good ambience. You can go to Eiffel Tower and other monuments easily from This hotel either by bus,train or Uber. They have got good Resturant under resonance prices, rooms were good and clean, Eiffel Tower can be seen from the top Most floor of this hotel. Overall good stay, staff is very helpful & it’s safe to stay in this hotel.

The room was hot and the toilet was in a separate section of the room and you had to touch everything before washing the hands! 😭.On the other hand, the food was quite nice and had a big selection of professionally made croissants! The hotel was conveniently 5 mins walk from Porte d'Orleans metro station on line 4.
