Just had a drink but nice establishment with a very good Indian waiter that speaks better English than I do francaise 👍

Very, very important: if you want to eat there in the evening, be sure to reserve a table in advance! Spontaneously not doing anything after 7 p.m.! Service staff are extremely moody and annoyed. Not very friendly. Food rather low quality. Had the most tasteless Bœuf Bourguignon ever. Not recommended. If you want to eat really delicious Bœuf Bourguignon, then go to the Bar de l'etoile!

A very nice place, very nice with great food, very friendly staff. Coq au vin and beef bourguignon are fabulously good, we absolutely recommend. Well done !

When I returned home I had the unpleasant surprise to see that I had been charged a supplement of 1 euro per person because I ate on the terrace, something that I was not informed of on my arrival or on the slate. You can be petty in this kind of way and win small.

Very clean cafe, friendly, smiling and very polite staff. I love going to this Café to have a coffee on the terrace and a point for a very good toy. I recommend this magnificent bar with a pretty terrace and a very friendly owner.

Café du Centre in Nuits St. George is visited by us at least 2 times a year when traveling to or from our holiday address. Every time we are enthusiastic in regards of the quality of food, the ambiance and friendliness. Recently we made an online reservation to be assured of a table. Due to all circumstances, we were at least an hour late. We apologized not having been able to warn them of our delay. They waved it away and welcomed us to come inside and enjoy a proper prepared meal. Although it is not a restaurant aiming at a Michelin-star, we give it the highest number of 5 stars as in the league they operate in, they do an excellent job. Well prepared food for honest prices. Keep up the good work, we’ll come back and back and back for sure.

Avec un nom aussi conventionnel, on ne s’attend à rien de particulier . Et pourtant, quelle merveilleuse surprise ! Contrastant avec la relative banalité du décor et la discrétion de la façade ( même si la terrasse sur la place est très agréable) , la cuisine est d’une joyeuse inventivité ( délicieux filet de merlu , avec sa purée de carottes au cumin) et d’une légèreté exceptionnelle (pavlova d’anthologie) . Le menu du jour, proposé même le dimanche soir, est à un prix très abordable, et pour l’accompagner j’ai dégusté un excellent verre de Chablis. Le service est rapide et très souriant ,. Vraiment une excellente adresse que je recommande vivement. Réservez absolument , car des 19h30 c’était plein ! Normal vu l’excellent rapport qualité/prix.
