We stopped for lunch around 2:30 p.m. and it was one of the few that was open for lunch. We ordered the menu and an a la carte dish. Potato and chicken meat pie and the typical dish with blood. Everything is very rich

Un service de qualité (professionnel et souriant), une cuisine simple mais réussie avec des proportions correctes et un emplacement parfait (en face des Halles et le long de la Nive). C'est une bonne table pour celles et ceux souhaitant manger dans le centre de Bayonne.

30/09/2023: Change of ownership to be reported. We went there in search of fresh and local Basque specialties, the Google reviews being rather encouraging, we were not satisfied. The pleasant welcome softened the disappointment on the plates.
