We had planned to eat at a restaurant, but passing by Bajadita, the ambiance and style of the restaurant made us change our minds. From the mojito to the ribeye steak, everything was perfect... I often eat dry-aged ribeye steaks from different places, etc., but here, the tenderness of the meat was truly exceptional. Not to mention the Bayonne ham, which is outstanding! A quiet, classic restaurant—in short, a very pleasant place to be.

Fantastic restaurant in Bayonne! We had a wonderful time. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service was very quick. Special mention goes to the exceptional quality of the meat. We also loved the Basque menu, which perfectly showcased local produce. A very welcome bonus for young parents: we were seated at a table with plenty of room for our stroller without disturbing anyone. I highly recommend it!

Very good experience. The place quickly becomes noisy due to the behavior of some customers... but the establishment isn't responsible for that... the food is very good.
