I ordered a small starter off the menu. They really went to great lengths! Delicious fresh bread, a soft, creamy cheese, black olives, bell peppers. Really, really nice. I had the veal T-bone, my husband the hamburger. Very good. Truly beautiful and high-quality dishes, prepared with care and tailored to the customer. This was our stopover on the way back to the Netherlands, but a beautiful spot along the water, the Nive.

The welcome wasn't very warm, barely a hello. The service was very slow despite the waiters' apologies. The meal was decent.

We went on a Friday, the staff were incredibly friendly and even spoke Spanish. We felt very comfortable and had a wonderful dinner: two medium-rare entrecôtes.

A very warm welcome. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The food was fresh and very well prepared. The portions were beautifully presented and generous. I highly recommend this restaurant.

A fantastic place where we had a wonderful meal and received a very warm welcome (genuine and not treated like just another tourist). The burger was delicious, as was the French toast. A place to remember. Thank you for everything.

We had discovered Bayonne the previous week and decided to end our vacation at a restaurant in this lovely city. Our wanderings led us to this charming terrace, and without a reservation, we were able to dine. The advice, the service, and the smiles were present throughout the meal. The meat was delicious and melted in your mouth! The wine recommendations were spot on! The conversation at the end of the meal about travel, and more specifically about the city of Porto, made for an extra convivial moment. Thank you very much. Anne and Thierry

21/09/2026: The diabolo arrived lukewarm without ice, the ice cream sundae had deflated whipped cream (clearly it had been sitting around), and the crepes were cold, meaning they were pre-made and not even warmed up. Not an amazing experience.
