A very warm welcome, friendly owner and waitress. The food was excellent: tender pluma, a killer burger, and perfectly grilled lamb chops. A great place to recommend!

We had a delicious meal at this restaurant. The service was very friendly and humorous. The truffle ravioli with Parmesan is highly recommended, and the wine is good too.

Very tasty food, service also very friendly

This restaurant was also recommended by our hotel but the atmosphere and service wasn't near as good as the previous restaurant we went to down the river. It felt very impersonal. The ravioli were tasty but even though it was an entree and tasty, the first impression disappointed as it looked very different to a photo I saw from a previous reviewer and was missing some vegetables or greens. The burger was nice but the French fries were were greasy. So I wouldn't go there again.

We had lamb chops and Simmental entrecôte on a balmy summer evening on the terrace right by the river. Friendly service and excellent food.

A very good restaurant on the banks of the Nive River that we visited on Friday evening. The waitstaff were very welcoming. The homemade white sangria and chorizo ​​croquettes were excellent. We then had a ribeye steak and a duck breast, both very tender and flavorful. The meats are prepared on an outdoor grill. One minor complaint: the chef was shouting at a customer who was apparently unhappy with his food. "Dear Madam, your kitchen is open, we can hear everything on the terrace, a little professionalism wouldn't hurt..." Otherwise, a great place, we highly recommend it.

Discovered this restaurant. Excellent duck breast!! Perfectly cooked. Same for the baby squid. The steak tartare was also delicious. Beautiful presentation. It was a real treat! The staff were welcoming. Sheep's cheese with a very good jam. I highly recommend it, we'll be back!

Hello Very good restaurant outside of the Bayonne festival season. During the festival, they offer a €35 menu that's actually worth €15 (including the restaurant's markup).

On this vacation with some friends, we booked this restaurant well in advance, and our expectations and needs were fully met. I had reported an allergy, and as soon as we arrived, the owner promptly asked for information and who the specific needs were; thank you 🙏. The variety of dishes offered is a perfect mix of land and sea, with tasty dishes and quality ingredients. The appetizers (fried fish and cured meats) were excellent, and the main courses, with truly wonderful meats, were also excellent. The desserts, if possible, were even better; the brioche and Irish coffee were amazing 👏. The owner recommended an excellent red wine and was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. The quality/price ratio, given the food on offer, is definitely very good. A place worth a visit. Well done!
