A very warm welcome. Group of 6, excellent service, very good starters, very tender veal stew, homemade desserts... Highly recommended. A nice touch was the complimentary plum at the end of the meal, and we had a great laugh with the chef who has excellent customer service skills... Well done! The Tatie Suze team...

Pure bliss! Café du Commerce is a haven of warmth and joie de vivre. You feel right at home as soon as you walk in. The food is generous, flavorful, and deeply comforting. The slow-cooked stews and carbonnade are a pure delight, bursting with taste and soul. A place where you can feel the love of life, sharing, and good food. Hotel Restaurant Lons

30/04/2026: Impeccable welcome. The quality of service is excellent. The hotel is located right in the center of Foix. Although there are a few paid parking spaces in front of the hotel, it's quite easy to find free parking within a 5-minute walk. I recommend it.
16/04/2026: Trekking along the Cathar trails, we reached the end of our hike and spent the night at the Hotel Lons. A warm and friendly welcome; the hotel has retained its character and is a blend of old and new – I loved it! I highly recommend it.
