Café du Midi sur Bize-Minervois

Fantastic place! We ate there for the first time today and we'll definitely be back soon! The dishes were delicious, refined, and elegant. The meat was incredibly fresh and tender, the service was excellent, and the value for money exceeded our expectations. Thanks again, and see you soon!

We were so lucky to find this lovely little restaurant. We were looking for somewhere for lunch when we saw the Cafe through an ancient archway. Excellent food and really friendly service. We paid €11 for a carafe of very decent red wine and €16 for the menu of the day which was delicious, it even included an espresso! You will not be disappointed.

If you have the opportunity to take a short trip to the south of France, especially in the Aude, don't forget to take a little trip to Bize Minervois, a pretty medieval village crossed by a river that flows happily in its green setting. In the heart of the village, not far from the river, an unmissable discovery: Le café du midi!. A warm welcome, a friendly place, perfect service with great attention, succulent and generous dishes... . Fresh, tasty, delicate, flavorful products, refined and hearty home cooking, lovingly concocted by the owner. A treat for the taste buds. The basket formula is a culinary gem with excellent value for money. I found with emotion the Daube of my childhood prepared with love by my mother as well as the deliciously creamy polenta. I highly recommend this beautiful and unforgettable encounter

What a wonderful experience! We had a delicious meal here. The quinoa burger was truly heavenly – perfect in flavor and texture, and beautifully presented. The service also deserves a big compliment: friendly, attentive, and with genuine hospitality. A place where you feel welcome and are spoiled with culinary delights. Definitely worth a return visit!

A restaurant on a charming village square. The dishes are refined and incredibly delicious. They're not run-of-the-mill fare, but have a truly unique touch. The salmon tiramisu as a starter is delicious! The lemon mousse meringue dessert is also fantastic! Three courses for 30 euros. The service is very attentive. They're very helpful in offering low-salt options. We've eaten here twice. Highly recommended!

Enjoy the super “cagette “ or open box du midi here today. Two entree, main of curried chicken followed by Tomme cheese and good almond tart. Really delicious, beautiful presented and very tasty. Outside seating, with excellent service. With carafe of Rose ,€39 for two.
