Excellent food, very friendly service. We don't come often, but we do come regularly.
Last time there were a few minor issues with the bill and the presentation of the meat, which we pointed out when paying.
The price is a bit high, but oh well... 🙂

Nice place.
New waitress who didn't know the wines or how to cook meats.
In a restaurant specializing in dry-aged meats, that's a shame.
Sirloin steak very good.
Duck burger very fatty, disappointing.
Meat display very nice.
No special gesture for my husband's birthday even though I mentioned it when making the reservation.

A great find on our trip! A set menu for €29.50 (starter, main course, dessert). Considering the quality and quantity, I highly recommend it. It's a shame it's so far from home that we couldn't make it our regular stop. Keep up the good work! Plus, they accept dogs.

Without a doubt, the best steakhouse I've ever tried, and so close to Narbonne—what luck!
The selection is impressive, both in terms of the diversity of origins and the precision of the aging process. You can taste the true expertise behind each cut.
The cooking is perfectly executed.
A fine wine list featuring regional and international selections.
The homemade desserts are delicious and generous.
The atmosphere is very cozy with tasteful decor, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. You immediately feel at home.
A must-visit for lovers of exceptional meat!

An exceptional experience at Auberge la Selette! For me, it's simply the best dry-aged beef restaurant in Occitanie. The selection is vast, the aging process is perfectly controlled, and the cooking is precise. The team and service are top-notch! They also have a great wine cellar :)
The real bonus: you can even take your meat home for amazing barbecues. A must for true connoisseurs.
